About the event
Since I am from Wisconsin, who better to talk about pairing tea with cheese? I have done actual pairings at tea festivals beforehand, but this one will be me mainly talking about how to pair tea and cheese. I will have cheese curds and some tea to pair for this workshop. Yes, I will talk about higher-end cheeses and what teas pair well with them too.
